Monk Monkry's Academy of Underworld Soloing
In this day in age the only way to make money seems to be running people or farming. With the recent "nerfs", farming has become harder and harder.But don't jump on that poor band wagon just yet. With my new academy you can learn to solo the underworld and make tens of thousands of gold. You will learn my build, tactics, paths, and best of all, get to know me

. I am a underworld farmer and i find between 1-3 globs of ectoplasm each run. That is up to 30k per run (not including items, gold, and other things found). With this new academy you will be taught how to solo the underworld sufficiently.

Materials and prerequistes required to join.
-Have an ascended level 20 monk. (May need to change secondary profession).
- A -50 health focus item.
- Superior Healing, Divine Favor, Smiting, Protection Prayer, and Any other rune of choice.(All 5 are needed).
-Some extra money depending if you have the skills or not.
-Money to go into the underworld. (I will pay the first time through).
-Be under the American Servers.
-And a good attitude.

How much is this going to cost you?
Tuition for this academy is starting at 30k.
This could be made back in 1-3 solo underworld runs. Which takes anywhere between 20 minutes to 2 hours. In 3 hours of farming the underworld I found 9 ectoplasms, 10k raw gold, and a few gold items. The prices may go up depending on supply and demand. So get it while its cheap.

A serious recommendation - provide them with the equipment that they will need, and I bet that you'll get quite a few enrollees if you charge 20K or so above the value of those items.

Kind of a "solo the UW for the lazy dummy" approach.

I have got some in game whispers and satisfied a few players. They have told me that they made back the money in one day. After i teach them i allow them to ask questions or just talk to me. Also became pretty good freinds with one of them....

I have had people offer to pay 5-10k for me to show them how to farm...griffons. So this is not out of the question.

I'm back!
Been a while since I posted anything.

Anyway, back on topic.
I might be interested in this. I'd just like to know how effective is your build (i.e. chances of dying, speed, etc.) and if its exactly the same as those found online.

I'm asking because I've seen numerous w/mo griffin farming builds and they're not the most effective when compared to my own (at least I think so...I just modified mine a bit from those I found).

I don't want to pay 30k and then have to make my own modifications so if you have the most effective build, I'd be interested.
